Overview

This is one of our strongest points when compair with other's because :

1 . Our dive center is the only one on the Island that not forcus on teaching courses , that is why we always can come to the right diving sites , so guests can see the best coral reefs / marines lifes here .

2. VIETNAM EXPLORER dive center only use long time experienced Diving Guides , who knew the diving sites here like their palms ( we are not using new Instructors/ Dive master or Internship student to guide you like some others ) .

3 . We are always limit maximum 4 certified divers with 1 guide ratio depending on scuba lever , experience and always have enough Divemaster/ Instructors ratio working on Boat to make your diving trip safe and much more comfortable ( this is one of the reasons why our dive center selling with prices abit higher than some others ).

Phu Quoc Island have 2 seasons for diving and VIETNAM EXPLORER DIVE CENTER is openning for whole year round only in Phu Quoc Island since 2004 that is why we clear the divesites here like our Palm ! : Hot season from October to May in other year , during this time Wind ussually blow from East to West , it will make the visibility all the East side of the Islands lower but divesites in West side is very Calm and good for diving ( like Turtle Island in North , And many Islets in South An Thoi town ) especially the months of October, November or february, March , April , May ussually we will have more good diving days than other months . The rest time of year is raining Season ( june, July, August, September) , this time wind ussually blow from West to East , we can dive to explorer the East diving sites ( like Pineaple Island, Coco Island , Roi Island , Kim Quy Islet ....) .

In North have mainly 3 Divesites called : Turtle Island ( away from Combodia border about 7km ) , Finger Nail Island and Nudibranch garden . Diving sites here is calm in Hot season , shallow dives with maximum depth of about 9m . It is good ideas for Divers with less experiences , courses, snorkekers or just simplisity is want to have a relax dives and spend more times on Boat to enjoy the lanscapes aroud . Mainly see when diving in this area is Hard coral reefs , nudibranches , small fishes .

In South : have about 17 divesites , the nearest divesites called Coco Islet is away from An Thoi Harbour about 30 minutes to go by Boat , the farmost divesites like : Kim Quy islet , Dry islets, Bat Islet will need at least 1 hour for the Boat to come . Divesites here is deeper with average about 15m , maximum depth for tourists is about 45m , few places even much more deeper . Ussually certified Divers will prefer to dive in south than North because of not only deeper but also can have chances to see the nice soft coral in deep water , more divesites to choose . Strong Currants ! Ussually people will use when they describe about diving in South , most of divers will abit worrying to dive in currants but with us this is a good chances to see soft corals moving like dancers together with fishes . With good experince Divers this is good chance to do drift Dives , with less experience Diver we also have differents choices for them to enjoy the dives in the less currants diving sites . Safety we always put on top when we running diving trip , with many experiences diving here our team totally confidence and ready with different types of sea-conditions here to make sure you can enjoy your dives and gain more diving experiences

Even in raining season but we also have some diving days is very good, less guests on Boat so most of our trips like private tours , very comfortable !

Fully-certified divemaster/ Instructors from different scuba associations guiding you.( especially we use only long time experience guides who knew the divesites here like their Palms so you can see the best in Phu Quoc when you dive with us )

Coffee, tea, water and food aboard the boat

Pick-up/drop-off arrangements

Itinerary for the day

Pick-up is at from 7:30 from our dive shop, or from your hotel depending on its location.

We arrive at the harbor around 8am ( if go in North ) and about 9am ( if go in south) ,

We start the first Dive at about 10am and finished second dives at about 1pm , between 2 dives we have about 40 minutes to relax on Boat ,

We will serve lunch on Boat after finished all diving / snorkeling activities at about 1pm and back to your hotel at about 3pm ( depending your hotel locations and divesites we will choose )

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted. Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled

because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund
